Shipping and refund policy
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are sent via Slovenian Post and we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 1PM (CET) will be processed the next working day.
Delivery options are as follows:
Slovenian Standard Delivery – Orders under €80 – €3,5 – €5 depending on weight (3-4 working days)
Slovenian Standard Delivery – Orders over €80 – FREE (3-4 working days)
Pick up (only prepaid, COD not accepted). You can pick up the package at the following address: Gig coworking, Brinje c.I 55, 1290 Grosuplje)
Europe Standard – Orders under €90 – €10 (7-10 working days)
Europe Standard – Orders over €90 – FREE (7-10 working days)
International Delivery– Orders under €90 – €10 (up to 14 working days)
International Delivery – Orders over €90 – FREE (up to 14 working days)
* Please note that orders must be placed by 1pm in order for your order to be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
I haven’t received my order
Please contact us at email@example.com if you have not received your order within the timeframes listed above and we’ll do everything we can to help.
We’re sure you will love Montango products as much as we do. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 14 days, provided the item is unworn and undamaged in it’s original packaging with all tags attached and is in a re-sellable condition. Here’s how:

Shipping cost back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
