SHIPPING

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are sent via Slovenian Post and we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 12.30pm (CET) will be processed the next working day.

Delivery options are as follows:

Slovenian Standard plastic free Delivery – €4,1 (or more) depending on weight (3-4 working days)
Pick up (only prepaid, COD not accepted). You can pick up the package at the following address: Gig coworking, Brinje c.I 55, 1290 Grosuplje)
Europe Standard – €15 (7-10 working days)
International Delivery with Slovenian Post –  €20 or more depending on weight (10 days and up untill 1-2 months in case of misplaced package)*
* Please note that the package is sent with Slovenian post and is insured up until 100 euros worth. In case of misplaced or lost package the cost is covered by the buyer and Post of Slovenia as stated above, and not the seller (in this case Montango). In case you want to arrange the package to be shipped internationally with other shipping provider of your choice, you can contact us and we will prepare a custom offer for you. Package will receive a tracking number with which you will be provided and will be able to track your package. It should also be noted that certain additional charges and custom fees may arise when ordering outside EU. Cost of those fees are a responsibility of the buyer.
** Please note that orders must be placed by 12.30pm in order for your order to be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday/Tuesday and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday/Tuesday for delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Also note the details regarding shipping and package insurent stated above.

I haven’t received my order

Please contact us at hey@montango.si if you have not received your order within the timeframes listed above and we’ll do everything we can to help. For international buyers as stated above, the package is uninsured and is of a responisbility of a buyer and Post of Slovenia.

REFUNDS

Returns

We’re sure you will love Montango products as much as we do. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 14 days as is your right due to EU law, provided the item is unworn and undamaged in it’s original packaging with all tags attached and is in a re-sellable condition. Excluded are the products that are made to order customly for you and usually preordered and labeled as a “made to order/preorder”. As this product is premade specially for you it cannot be returned, except in case of defect or faulty product.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
